The system includes a time limit of 4 minutes
maximum for the autosteamer operation.

To change the temperature of the autosteamer, and
enable or disable the functioning, refer to chapter
"Programming".

To keep the steam dispensers in perfect working
order, it is advisable to carry out a brief dry
dispensing after each use. Keep the tips of the
autosteamer clean at all times using a cloth
dampened in lukewarm water. Handle the
autosteamer with utmost caution due to the hazard
resulting from the presence of high-temperature
steam.

Do not leave the autosteamer nozzle immerged
in the milk when it is not being used. Handle the

19.6 Autosteamer system operation
Below is listed the operating principle of the
autosteamer:
t
press the or key ;
t opening of the solenoid valve ( A ) with consequent
flow of steam from the boiler to the autosteamer;
t
simultaneously, the system activates the air pump
(
E ) which is controlled by the control unit ( B ) and
powered by a processor ( G ). The regulation of milk
foaming can be made by changing the amount of
air intake from the nozzle (
F ) using the control ( D ) as
indicated in par. 19.2;
t
after passing through the non-return valve ( C ), the air
mixes with the steam in the "autosteamer interface"
(
J );
t
leakage of steam from the pipe ( H );
t
the probe ( I ) connected to the electronic unit of the
machine detects the temperature of the heating milk;
t Once the set temperature of the milk has been
reached, the electronic system blocks the flow of air
and steam.
