Proper Adjustment for Spots

Problem:
Loose spot with
prongs on the underside not
curled in properly from not
enough pressure
Solution:
Turn adjustment
wheel counterclockwise to
lower driver
Problem:
Spot is seated too
far into leather
Solution:
Turn adjustment
wheel clockwise to raise
driver
The spot should be seated just
slightly into leather with the
prongs curled in on the under-
side of leather. A marred spot
means too much pressure was
applied, so the spotter attach-
ment will need to be raised by
turning the adjustment wheel
clockwise. Turn the adjustment
wheel counterclockwise for a
loose spot with the prongs not
curled in properly
