4. If you move to other channel, it stops instant recording and restarts instant recording. The
previous saved data is deleted.
4.14.2 Normal Recording
The normal recording function saves the programs up to 4 programs at once. You can also watch
program using functions such as rewind, fast forward, replay, pause, and recording.
1. Press the “MENU” button to set the recording options.

Move to the HDD menu using the “

” button, and press the “OK” button.

Recording sub-menu using the “

” button, and press the “OK” button.

Set the recording
options, and press the “MENU” button. ->Refer to Chapter 5.5 HDD for the recording
setting .

First, select the recording number in the ”Recording”-setting. If a recording has already started,
the on-going recording can be supervised from this menu. If you wish to start a new recording,
select a recording number that is not already occupied by an on-going recording.

Select the channel from which you want to record. Display the channel list by pressing the “OK”
button in the ”Channel”-setting.

Select recording mode

Normal: Enter the recording duration manually in the ”Duration”-field.

EPG time: Records the remains of the on-going program. The duration will be set according
to the EPG-information about the program.
z
No Limit: The PVR will record until the HDD is full.

Name the recording file in the ”Title”-field. By pressing “OK”, the virtual keyboard will appear.
Press the “EXIT” button after entering the desired name.
The green function-button acts as a backspace-button and the red function-button will discard any
changes.
When the settings are all set, press the red function button to start the recording.
