6- Brine Tank Fill Position:
Hard water enters from the valve inlet and flows through the
service valve. Hard water flows down through the minerals and after getting conditioned, it
enters the bottom distributor and flows up the center tube. The soft water flows around the
piston and leaves the system through the valve outlet. A portion of hard water at inlet flows
through the regenerating and brine valves and fills up the brine tank.
