Selecting a session to view an in depth analysis of the workout separated into tabs (fig5.9). Note. The 
intervals tab only appears for sessions with multiple intervals. Use 

Up

 and 

Down

 buttons to navigate 

from tabs to graphs. If the graph is selected use the Left and Right buttons to view data for each 
interval and the 

Enter

 button to change the parameters.

Click the 

Menu

 button to show/hide interval info (fig6.0) or to change the measurement parameters on 

the graph (fig6.1).
