For leak detector to function at all process pressures, the venting
screw must be fitted and set to the 'in use' position.
Without venting screw, leak detector will not function with system
pressure below 1 bar (15 psi).
IMPORTANT: For food and beverage applications requiring FDA or
EC1935 certification replace the existing FKM (Viton
®
) O ring seals (2
off) with the EPDM O ring seals supplied.
It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that the pumphead
and seals comply with the migration and concentration requirements
imposed for food contact use. Declaration of conformity available on

Note:
In this manual, we have shown removal and replacement of the left-hand mounted
pumphead. Replacing the right-hand mounted pumphead is the identical procedure.
