Points to note:

To turn off the heating

Tap the power button once to turn off the heating; the towel rail will remain ON

To turn off both

the underfloor heating and the towel rail

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds

Read the Electrical Requirements supplied with the thermostat

. This thermostat uses an 

electronic off so it can only be used for functional (control) switching. It cannot be used as 
an isolation switch. The power supply needs to be on RCD protection and needs a separate 
isolation switch for the supply.

The

towel rail

is programmed to remain on for 3 hours (by default). You can change this to 1 

or 2 hours by pressing and holding the menu button for 3 secs till a number pops up. Scroll 
down to 24, press tick and set the minutes to 60 (1 hour) or 120 (2 hours).
