1. Remove obstruction.

Ensure flow meets data plate specification.
4. Reduce detergent quantity.

Wash motor
doesn’t
operate on
delime wash.
1. Loose or broken wires.
2. Defective WASH/DELIME switch.
3. Defective motor starting relay.
4. Machine in FAULT mode and locked out.
1. Reconnect or replace wires in motor.
2. Verify WASH/DELIME switch triggers input on PLC. If
not, check wiring/replace membrane.
3. Replace.
4. Review fault screen for active faults.
No water
comes through
the arms when
the WASH/
DELIME switch
is depressed.
1. Water not turned on.
2. Defective solenoid valve
1. Turn water on.
2. Replace solenoid valve.
Little or no water
coming through

power, attach test equipment, and reapply power to test. When replacing electrical parts, disconnect power at
