pin collar, (if in softwood applications). (See Pins.)

7. Clean the top saw housing area. Thoroughly clean
the saw bar cavity of any debris. Check the torque on
saw assembly mounting bolts (3) and top saw motor
mounting bolt (4) to specification.

8. Torque the both main saw cap screws to specification.

9. Grease main saw, feed out rack, and bearing if
supercut saw option fitted or swing arm bearing if
3/4-in. saw option fitted. (See Fluids and Lubricants.)
10. Remove plate and visually check rotator pinion grease
level. Apply grease as required. Inspect pinion and
gear faces. Replace when worn. (See Rotator.)
11. Grease fixed feed motor splines and re-shim motor (if
in hardwood applications). (See Feed Rollers.)
