Replacing the door seal

Fully open the chamber door.

Pull out the used door seal by hand (easy if seal and fingers are dry).

Carefully clean the seal seat and the chamber face side with a damp, lint-free cloth. 

Moisten the new seal with water. This makes placement much easier!

Insert the new seal in the sequence as illustrated in the pictures to the left.

Complete the operation by evenly inserting the seal on the entire circumference. 

ensure the seal does not stick out (no bumps or deformations)!

800-cycle maintenance

Remember to reset the counter after replacement

(see RESETTING THE MAINTENANCE COUNTERS).

Before using the sterilizer, wipe any residual water and check for perfect 

tightness of the seal by running a Vacuum and a HELIX test.
