5. Left-hand multi-control knob
By rotating the knob, the welding current is preset, by pressing the knob wire inch
(welding wire is not energized).
6. Display of arc voltage
MIG / MAG:
Displays the preset arc voltage and the measured arc voltage during
welding.
MMA:
Displays Arc-Force setting.
7. Middle multi-control knob
MIG / MAG:
Adjusting the arc voltage by turning the knob, by pressing gas rinse /
test controller.
MMA Welding:
Adjusting Arc Force by rotating the knob.
8. Right turn control knob
This control adjusts the arc dynamics (induction) for MIG / MAG welding.
9. Selection button for welding process
This button selects the welding process to be used. The selection of the welding
process is indicated by the LEDs to the left of the button. Top-down: MMA
welding, DC-TIG welding with lifting ignition (TIG DC LIFT) and MIG / MAG
welding.
10. Trigger Select Button in MIG / MAG Mode
This button selects 2-stroke, 4-stroke, or spot-welding mode. With the 2-stroke
function, welding starts when the trigger is pressed and ends when the trigger is
released. In the 4-stroke mode, welding begins when the trigger is pressed down
and released, and ends when the trigger is pressed down and released again. In
the spot welding mode, when the trigger is pressed, the machine welds the
preset time. Spot time can be set by turning multi-control knob (7).
In order for the welding machine to automatically adjust the correct
welding values in a synergic mode, certain basic values must be entered
into the machine, such as the shielding gas used and the diameter of the
welding wire.
11. Selection of shielding gas in synergic mode
This button is used to indicate which shielding gas is used.
CO2 - Carbon dioxide
MIX - CO2-Ar mixed gas
Ar - Argon (Aluminum Welding) (1.0mm Wire Thickness Only)
NO indicator light – gasless, self-shielding flux-cored wire. Also, be sure to turn
the welding polarity so that the polarity switch cable in the minus connector and
ground wire in the plus terminal. Only 0.9-1.0 wire thicknesses are available. A
0.7mm gas-free filler wire must be used with manual adjustment.
