d.  Remove  diaphragm  (6).  Remove  machine  screws  (4).  Remove  and 

discard gaskets (7).

•  Reassembly

a.  Refer to the cleaning procedure and clean the parts prior to reassembly.

b.  Wipe a thin film of halocarbon grease onto all o-rings.

c.  Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
