For remote polling via SMS, send an SMS containing the text "State" to the

telecontrol module.

TO-PASS

If at least one digital input is configured as a counter input, the counter status is
added to the SMS. The additional lines are added in front of the "Position" line.

The counter status shows the last change that has occurred since the last SMS
transmission, or after a system start (independent of the value and logger status).
