Troubleshooting
No LED is on after power up
·
Check the power supply.
GSM LED D6 is not flash slowly
·
GSM Signal is not good and cann’t register to GSM
·
Check the SIM card.
·
Check the antenna connection.
·
Select a place with a good GSM signal.
MCU LED is not flash slowly
·
MCU is not working properly,Check the system power
No tone can be heard after line off-hook
·
Check the telephone line connection.
·
GSM-CTL-AC is not initialized properly upon start (approx. 10s after power up).
·
GSM-CTL-AC is not supplied with power.
GSM-CTL-AC reject the call immediately
·
Check the device if you have stored your control number properly into the device memory
GSM-CTL-AC reject the call after two dialing tone, but the relay doesn’t work
·
Check the DIP switch if you setup the relay working mode at phone call mode.
·
Check the GOT timer if that is two small value and no enough timer to toggle the relay
·
Check the power supply if that is the right voltage from 100v to 240v.
GSM-CTL-AC does not communicate with PC
·
Check the serial cable connection.
·
Check the COM number setting on PC.
·
Check the COM parameters (9600 bps, 8-N-1).
·
An incoming call is ringing on GSM-CTL-AC
·
An incoming Message is on processing by GSM-CTL-AC
GSM-CTL-AC does not reply the SMS
·
Check the SIM card is inside the device.
·
Check the control phone number is stored properly inside the device
·
An incoming call is ringing on GSM-CTL-AC
