Open the C

is inactive. Open the
Wacom Tablet control panel, select the C
ONNECTION
tab, and verify
that the T
ABLET
D
RIVER
O
N
box is checked.
If you have had a fax/modem installed on this port, make sure the fax
software is turned off or disabled.
Check your Wacom cable connector for bent or missing pins. Serial
tablets should have 8 pins, and ADB tablets should have 4 metal pins
and a plastic guide.
Note: If you are sharing the port between a serial Wacom tablet and a
printer that uses AppleTalk, the tablet driver will need to be disabled
and AppleTalk may need to be reactivated in order to print.
The serial tablet does not
respond to my Intuos tool(s).
Open the Wacom control panel. Select the C

ON box is checked. If not, use your
mouse to select it.
