A device plugged into the
Cintiq USB port does not
function.
•
Test the USB device by plugging it in to another USB port.
•
If the USB device still does not function properly, contact the
manufacturer for that particular device.
The pen works only in mouse
mode, and does not draw or
write with pressure sensitivity.
The driver software for the tablet portion of the Cintiq was not installed
or did not load properly.

Make sure the driver software is installed and functioning.

Reinstall the driver software if needed, using the correct driver from
the Wacom website.

as a pressure-sensitive tool. Verify that your application supports
pressure sensitivity.
