Check fuel level.
Check engine oil level.
Inspect for leaks between pump and engine.
Inspect air filter. Replace as needed.
Check and tighten external hardware.
Inspect shockmounts for damage.
Change oil in pump housing.
Change engine oil.
Check and clean spark plug.
Check air cleaner.
Clean fuel strainer.
Check and adjust valve clearance.
Clean cylinder head.

additional information on engine maintenance. A copy of the engine Operator's Manual was supplied with the machine
when it was shipped.

1.20 Changing Oil
Drain oil while engine is still warm.
1. Remove oil fill plug

and drain plug

to drain oil.
2. Install drain plug.
3. Fill engine crankcase with recommended oil up to
level of plug opening

Oil capacity - 21 oz. (650 ml).
4. Install oil filler plug.
