6. 

Inserting tools into the main spindle

 

■

The machine is exclusively designed for the application of tool brackets according to DIN 69871 
(ISO30) in combination with tensioning bolts according to DIN 69872 (M12). 

 

■ In order to ensure a tight fit of the tensioning bolts, they have to be screwed on with a certain torque. 

For this purpose, always observe manufacturer‘s instructions.

 

■

Regularly check the correct condition of tool bracket and tensioning bolt. Defect tensioning bolts 
represent a high security risk. Thus, they have to be replaced with new bolts immediately.

The magazine of the tool changer may 

only

 be loaded and unloaded via the spindles of the machine. 

Otherwise, the tool is not registered by the software, which may cause unexpected defaults of the ma-
chine or hazards to people.
