Cleaning the sewing machine case

 

Switch off the machine and unplug the 

power plug before cleaning!

 

 

In case the machine case becomes dirty, 

clean the case of the sewing machine with a 

slightly damp cloth. Wipe with a dry cloth. Do 

not use organic solvents or cleaning agents. 

 

 

 

Cleaning the hook

 

 

The hook must always be kept clean. 

If dust has collected on the hook, clean it as 

follows. 

 

Important: 

Move the needle to the 

highest position using the hand wheel. 

Lift the presser foot and switch off the 

power switch (“0”). 

 

 

2  Remove the needle, presser foot holder 

and extension table. 

 

 

3  Open the hook cover. 

 

 

4  Open the bobbin case bar tack and pull 

out the bobbin case. 

 

 

5  Turn the two clamping bar tacks to the 

side so that the ring cover is loosened. 

 

 

6  Remove the ring cover.
