I lost my Vysk activation code. How can I activate my Vysk EP1 app or register my case?
Please contact Customer Care via email at [email protected] or phone at 1 (210) 832-8322.
My EP1 case feels warm, is this normal?
When your EP1 case is in use and actively charging your phone, it may feel warm—this is completely normal. However, if it becomes too warm,
discontinue use and contact Vysk Customer Care.
Why has my Vysk Private Gallery app been deactivated?
Your Vysk activation code, found on the Quick Start Guide included in the original box, can only be used for one instance of the Vysk Private
Gallery app. If you are reinstalling your app, entering your activation code will deactivate any previous downloads of this app which were
activated with the same key. If this is the case, please contact Vysk Customer Care.
I’m experiencing more resistance than I should sliding my EP1 case onto my iPhone. Why?
The EP1 case is only compatible with the iPhone 5/5s. If you have another model of the phone, the case will not fit correctly. If your phone has
a screen protector, the case will having a tighter fit, but it has been built with extra tolerance for screen protectors. If problems persist with
installation, please contact Vysk Customer Care.
I forgot one of my PIN codes. How can I retrieve it?
Once you have set PIN codes for the Vysk Private Gallery app, as a security measure, there is no way to retrieve it. PIN code retrieval is a
process that presents a significant security risk.
In the Private Text app, I’m receiving “Resetting bad sessions…” messages. What should I do?
If your device has not verified the key from the other conversation participant, you may receive this message. It can be caused by one
conversation participant updating the app or deleting the app and reinstalling it. To fix this issue, tap the identity (i) icon in the upper
right-hand corner of the conversation screen. Tap “Mark Their Key As Verified” or you can manually scan the key.
