13.3 Installing fluorescence filter
Only IT406 FL4 / IT406 FL4D
This procedure can be needed when installing new fluorescence
cubes or when replacing an existing cube with a different one.

Disconnect the power supply plug from the microscope.

Unscrew the filter selector lever.

Open the side cover of the illuminator, by unscrewing the side
screws (1). (Fig. 42)

Remove the filter slider from the microscope and put it on a table.

Using the screws provided with the fluorescence cube, fix the new
cube on the slider. (Fig. 43)
