MAINTENANCE
The hotplate and its parts are hot. Use care when operating,
cleaning or servicing the hotplate.
LUBRICATION
All valves must be checked and lubricated periodically. Check with your service agency
for details.
VENT SYSTEM
At least twice a year the exhaust hood (vent ing system) should be examined and cleaned.
SERVICE
Contact your local Service Contractor for any repairs or adjustments needed on this
equipment.
