Diagnostics
As with all previous versions of VTEL videoconferencing systems, the VTEL software (in this case, VCS) must be exited before running
diagnostics, or false failures will occur.
From the Windows desktop,
click
Start / All Programs /
VTEL / Diagnostics
.
Click the
[Run]
bar to initiate
system diagnostics.
User intervention is required
only to verify that audio,
microphone(s) and video
routing are all working
properly.
All Pass/Fail results are
displayed upon completion,
and individual test results can
be reviewed by scrolling up or
down
