Network Type
section provides
a selection of supported
network switch types.
BRI 1 through 4 – B1 & B2
Configuration
sections provides
spaces for information specific
to each B-channel of each BRI.
Depending on the switch type,
SPID and Directory Number
entries may not be required.
Dialing Prefix
section
allows the user to insert
an additional prefix. This
prefix will be appended
to every number dialed.
This prefix may be
required to traverse a
PBX, or to specify a
carrier.

Line Configuration
section
allows selection of the
Network
Switch
type,
Line Coding
,
Line
Framing
and
Line Buildout
information provided by the
network provider.

insertion of the 7-digit
Directory Number assigned for
each of the 24 DS0 channels.

network. If
the clock is not
generated by the
network, then one (and
only
one) endpoint must
be designated to provide
the clock. If this
endpoint has been
selected to provide the
clock, the
Clock Master
checkbox should be
checked.
Note:
When used on a
public network, neither
checkbox should be
checked.
