Chapter 4
Call/Hangup Menu
In this chapter, we discuss how to place ISDN and Internet calls from the Call/Hangup screen, as well as
instructions on how to use the Speed Dial list, Hand Dialer, add and edit functions, basic and advanced call
options, and how to disconnect a call.
Call Screen Overview
The Call screen allows you to place ISDN (H.320) and Internet (H.323) calls. Its features allow you to do the
following:
Dial and redial calls.
Use the Address Book tab to quickly locate site names and numbers.
Use the Hand Dialer to manually call a site not currently in the Address Book.
Use Add and Edit functions to save or change site information.
Address Book
The Address Book tab allows you to add and edit
entries, as well as drag desired entries onto the Speed
Dial buttons at the bottom.
Hand Dialer
The Hand Dialer tab allows you to place calls ad-hoc,
independent of the Address Book and allows you to
redial recently called sites. Simply highlight a site in
the list and select Dial.
Call Log
Use the Call Log tab to look up previously placed or
received calls.
