Installation
The appliance must be installed in accordance with current safety regulations in the destination country, and with the
instructions in this booklet.
Where the appliance is installed in a false ceiling, it must be mounted to a surface structurally capable of supporting its
weight (max.475 kg), using the special brackets provided; remember that the filters of these models are inspected from
beneath, and must therefore be accessible without difficulty. In the case of installation outdoors, remember that the rain
shelter (optional accessory) must be fitted, also that the filters are inspected from the side and must therefore be
accessible without difficulty.
Note for the installer
:
apply the double passage ferrite on the remote panel cable.
Condensate drain
During normal operation, condensate collects at the bottom of the appliance in a double tray provided with two drain
outlets. The connection points are located on the bottom of the appliance (fig.3:a,b).
The condensate can be drained off by connecting two hoses to the outlets. To prevent the formation of air bubbles, a
siphon trap must be created with the hoses as shown in fig.4:a,b.
Cut the end of the hose obliquely.
