SET-UP

On this page you can restore the factory settings or restart 
the modem.

•   To restore the factory settings

Apply

This will restart the modem.

•   To just restart the modem

, click the 

Start

 button.

  Restoring factory settings means that your personal 

settings are lost.

DIAGNOSTICS

The Ping test is used to check the connectivity of devices 
which are connected to the modem.

•   To start a Ping test

, enter the IP address of the device to be 

tested in the Destination address and click 

Start test

.

  To display the result, refresh the browser page.

  Firewalls installed on your connected devices may 

prevent a successful Ping test.

EVENTS

Our technicians use this page to analyse the activity of 
the modem.

ROUTER MODE

On this page you can specify the router mode:

•  Router dual stack

: this mode activates the router part of the 

modem and lets you navigate in IPv4 as well as IPv6. 

•  Bridge Mode

: this mode deactivates the router part of the 

modem. Choose this mode if you want to use your own 
router for example.

•  Router IPv4 only

: this mode deactivates IPV6.

•  Router IPv6 only

: this mode deactivates IPV4.

Press the 

Apply

 button to validate the change.

  Exit Router IPv4/IPv6 Mode may prevent you accessing 

your Internet services normally (websites or applications 
not accessible).
