GENERAL NOTICES
This manual contains a number of WARNINGS and NOTICES. Incorrect assembly or incorrect use of the
stroller/baby
buggy may lead to serious or fatal injuries of passengers or operating persons.
- Car seats placed inside the stroller/baby buggy and any other seats must be fixed with additional straps.
- Do not make any modifications on the stroller/baby buggy.
- The stroller may become unstable if a bag or net not approved by the manufacturer is attached to it.
- Avoid contact of the moving parts of the stroller
/baby buggy by any part of children’s and other passengers’ bodies,
clothes, laces or toys.
- Never leave children and other passengers in the stroller/baby buggy unattended.
- Failure to follow the instructions may lead to a serious or fatal injury of you or your passengers.
- The maximum load capacities of strollers are described in cha
pter “Technical data”, page 4.
- Do not use individual models for passengers exceeding the specified weight limit.
- Do not use chemical cleaning agents. Only clean with mild soap and water.
- Passengers must always use the straps and sit in the middle.
- The maximum tyre inflation pressure is shown in the technical specification; a lower pressure may cause worse driving
properties, a higher pressure may cause a flat tyre or tyre damage.
- Be careful during assembly and disassembly and avoid squeezing your fingers, parts of clothing or other undesired
objects.
When using the stroller/baby buggy in the version for running, tourism and as a baby buggy, pay attention
to the following:
- Always use the safety wrist strap which must be fixed firmly to the frame of the stroller/baby buggy.
- At standstill, always apply the parking brake. See Page 19, Figure 26.
- The maximum load capacity in the rear storage space is 5 kg + other stored components of the stroller/baby buggy. If
the bag is overloaded, the stroller may become unstable.
- Always use additional inserts for children (persons) who cannot sit upright without support.
- Always make sure that also the rear axle alignment is adjusted correctly after any handling and modification of the front
axle of the stroller/baby buggy, see Chapter 2, page 15.
When using the stroller/baby buggy as a bike trailer, ensure the following:
- Reflectors, reflecting and signalling elements meeting the regulations must not be removed from the stroller/baby
buggy and must be in original positions at all times.
- Before each ride, make sure that the coupled stroller or its parts do not extend to the brakes, pedalling or driving of the
bicycle.
- Never ride the bike at night without the appropriate lighting. Always follow the local traffic laws, orders and regulations
for bike trailers.
- Ride extremely carefully so that you can adjust the speed of the whole set to the current riding conditions at any time.
- Using the stroller/baby buggy changes the stability and braking and driving properties of the bicycle.
- Always use the flag to ensure that you are more visible by others.
- Always use the mosquito net correctly fixed to the stroller.
- Always use additional inserts for children (persons) who cannot sit upright without support.
- Passengers are advised to wear bicycle helmets approved by CPSC or CE.
