6.2.1 Setting the hydraulic center of control piston
To avoid a deviation between the setpoint and the actual position remote indication, a
magnetic force offset is set with potentiometer FM. This offset is selected so that the
control deviation is zero at setpoint w = 12 mA and the control piston is in the hydraulic
center.
For setpoints of w
≠
12 mA, minor deviations to the actual value remote indication may
occur.
•
Run the way valve until it has reached operating temperature and check the feed
pressure.
•
Predefine setpoint w = 12.00 mA with a power source.
•
Measure the actual value remote indication and set to 12 +/- 0.05 mA
with potentiometer FM.
Effective direction of FM:
The magnetic force or actual position remote indication increases by turning the
potentiometer clockwise.
