System Settings
Once the V-IP400P has been fully configured we recommend saving all changes and
reboot the phone. This action can be performed in the
System
sub-menu.
Here you can also restore all default settings and in particular the network settings. This
option should be considered in case the telephone is not operating correctly.
NOTE
After rebooting all unsaved changes will be lost. Furthermore, call logs
and message lists will also be erased from the internal memory.

Telephone Status
Press
SYSINFO
to display the telephone’s internal status. By pressing this button
multiple times, the phone will display the following information:
•
The extension number associated to the phone (
Number
).
•
The telephone’s IP address (
DHCP
or
Static
).
•
Whether the phone is currently registered at the server PBX or not (
SIP
).
•
The Server PBX’s IP address (
SIP
SERVER
).
•
The Network Gateway (
Gateway
).
•
The Network Mask (
Netmask
).
Knowing the telephone’s IP address is of particular importance in order to access the
web interface (see chapter 6 - in this manual)
