Call Forward
This feature allows you to forward calls under certain
conditions. You may forward a call to a specific station,
station group, MFIM/VoIP card, or to an external party.
The following Call Forward types are supported in
TeleniumIP
systems.
The following Call Forward types are supported in the
XTS-IP / XTSc-IP
systems.
To forward a call in
TeleniumIP
systems
:
1. Press the [Left] navigation key to access “System”
options.
Forward
is already selected.
2. Press [OK].
3. Enter Call Forward type (0-5) and destination number.
4. Press [End].
To cancel call forwarding in
TeleniumIP
systems
:
1. Press the [Left] navigation key to access “System”
options.
Forward
is already selected.
2. Press [OK].
To forward a call in
XTS-IP / XTSc-IP
systems:
1. Dial feature code 640.
2. Enter Call Forward type (6-9) and destination number.
3. Press [Send].
0 = Remote Forward
3 = No Answer
1 = Unconditional
4 = Busy/No Answer
2 = Busy
5 = No Answer Off-Net

6 = Unconditional
8 = Busy
7 = No Answer
9 = Busy/No Answer
