Rebooting the Nomad IP Phone
After the proper setup of both wireless LAN and MFIM/
VoIP card IP addresses, turn off the phone and turn it on
again. The
Nomad IP
will start registration and show its
station number, which is given by the MFIM/VoIP card.
Basic Features
Turning the Power On and Off
When pressing the [End] button, the power is turned on
and the
Nomad IP
goes to an idle state.
To turn the Phone On :
1. Install a charged battery pack.
2. Press [END] for a few seconds until the blue light in the
upper right of the phone flashes on and off.
- The
Nomad IP
shows power-on animation.
- The
Nomad IP
tries to lock the access point while
blinking Antenna Icon and RSSI level.
- If the Antenna icon and RSSI level stop blinking, it
means all procedures for initial setup are completed.
- The
Nomad IP
searches for and sends a registration
message to MFIM/VoIP card.
- If the
Nomad IP
receives REGISTER RESPONSE, it
stores and displays the station number.
To turn the Phone Off :
Press the [End] key until the display turns off.
