Holding a Call
You can put the current call on hold and then make or
receive another call.
To hold a call:
Press the [Hold/Save] button.
-or-
1. Press the [Left] navigation key to access “System”
options.
2. Scroll to [Hold/Save].
3. Press [OK].
To retrieve a held ICM call (
TeleniumIP
only)
:
1. Press [Left] navigation key to access “System” options.
2. Scroll to [ICM].
3. Press [OK].
To retrieve a held CO call:
1. Press [Right] navigation key to access “Flex Keys”.
2. Select the CO Flex key.
3. Press [OK].
CONDITIONS
» Call must be answered before Hold can be initiated.
» The
Nomad IP
will receive a Hold Recall after the Hold
Recall Timer setting expires . At this time, you can
answer the ring by pressing [Send].
» Only one call at a time may be placed on hold.
»
Nomad IP
cannot hold ICM calls on
XTS-IP / XTSc-IP
systems.
