Connecting Microphones
Two microphones can be connected simultaneously to the
DVG-888K
Before connecting microphones
• Make sure you are using one of the analog audio outputs in order to hear the microphone vocals. Microphone vocals are not present
in the digital audio signals (5.1 Surround Sound, Optical, or Coaxial).
Connecting Microphones
What you will need:
• 1 or 2 Microphones
• Microphone cable(s) with a ¼” end
1. Connect the ¼” end of the first microphone cable to the MIC 1 input on the front panel of the DVG-888K
2. Connect the ¼” end of the second microphone cable to the MIC 2 input on the front panel of the DVG-888K
Connecting a Wireless Microphone System
You can connect a 2-channel wireless mic system to the DVG-888K. To connect a wireless system with more than two channels,
it will need to have a mixed output.
What you will need:
• Wireless Microphone System
• Microphone cable(s) with at least one ¼” end
1. Connect one end of the mic cable to the
MIC 1
input on the front panel of the
DVG-888K
2. Connect the other end to the Mic channel
A / 1
output on the wireless microphone receiver
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 now using the
MIC 2
input on the
DVG-888K
and the Mic channel
B / 2
on the wireless microphone
receiver
