The ISDN Link Interface Card

The ISDN Basic Rate Link Interface card (VI68711) presents an ISDN ‘S’-bus

interface, compatible with any Euro-ISDN (NET3) network as standard (other national
standards are supported by request from the factory), on the standard 8-way RJ45

connector. It gives the V100 the ability to dial up a single 64K bearer for
communication with another V100 unit, which may be used as the sole aggregate, a

supplementary aggregate or as a backup service for an aggregate port. The card is also available with a

‘U’-bus presentation (see Part Numbers).
