INTRODUCTION
Thank you for the purchase of the Vmax Pro Duo Fitness machine. Please read this manual completely before assembling and
operating the machine. As with any fitness routines, please consult with your doctor before proceeding.
The Vmax Pro Duo has 2 built in motors. Depending on which motor is activated; 3 types of vibration functions are available.
One motor is used to produce the traditional triangular oscillating motion (seesaw motion), while the other is used to produce a
horizontal spiral motion (vibration). The oscillating motion provides vibration to the whole body while the spiral vibration provides
lower leg vibration. The two vibration modes meet the needs of professional and home use.
