• When cornering, always reduce speed and keep the center of gravity stable. Always
reduce speed when negotiating sharp bends.
• Ensure that there are no obstacles or objects behind the wheelchair when reversing.
For safety, the reversing speed should be limited to the minimum speed.
• It is prohibited for children to play near or operate the electric wheelchair.
• Please note that the temperature of the components and frame parts may increase
when exposed to the sun or other heat source, while at low temperatures there is
a danger of very high cooling of the metal parts of the wheelchair. This can cause
burns or frostbite on parts of the body.
• Store in clean and dry conditions.
• It is forbidden to drive at night without proper lighting.
• Do not remove the anti-tip wheels or transport wheels.
• Keep hands and feet away from moving parts when driving. Take care that loose
clothing does not get caught in the drive wheels.
• Do not connect the battery charger to an extension cord.
• Disassembly of the controller, motor or charger by anyone other than an authorized
service is prohibited and will invalidate any applicable warranty conditions.
• It is prohibited to drive the wheelchair on public roads and motorways.
• It is forbidden to use an electric wheelchair under the influence of alcohol, medication
or any other substance affecting the ability to drive.
• Be careful when driving in busy areas and shopping centers.
• Under no circumstances should the wheelchair be used as a seat when transported
by motor vehicles.
• Do not attempt to lift the wheelchair by gripping anything other than the frame (for
example, the seat, armrest or chassis components).
• In the upright position, move only indoors, for short distances. When the seat is
raised, the maximum speed will automatically be reduced by half.
• It is forbidden to use a cell phone or other personal communication devices (e.g.
CB-radio) while driving.
• Do not use the wheelchair outside when it’s raining or snowing, when the tempera-
ture is too high (it exceeds 30°C) or too low (below 0°C).
• Do not drive the wheelchair on quaysides, on river banks of lake shores, which have
not been secured.
• The wheelchair is not adjusted to be used off-road (dirt roads).
• Avoid sudden stops, turns and making U-turns, as they can lead to fall and injury.
• When operating the wheelchair, keep your forearms on arm-rests, and keep your
feet on foot-rests.
• It is forbidden to stand up when operating the wheelchair. Do not lean out to the
sides, do not lift any objects from the ground.
• Do not approach any elevations (steps, curbs) with height exceeding 45 mm.
• The wheelchair is not adjusted to move on stairs. Always use wheelchair ramps or lifts.
• The wheelchair is not adjusted to overcome any cracks in the ground that are wider
than 100 mm.
