Viewing Pictures
The same color selections and magnification options are available when you view
pictures. In addition, panning allows you to adjust the field of view (FOV) for your saved
image. Use the side wheels on your control console. Move the left Volume wheel to
move the FOV left and right. Move the right Markers wheel to move the FOV up and
down.
Downloading Files to a USB Drive
To export your files and documents to a USB flash drive, you must connect the two-port
USB hub (included in your package) and insert a USB flash drive in the available USB
port. Instructions are provided for exporting files three ways: one file at a time ( Export
Files option), all pictures ( Export All Pictures option), or all documents ( Export All
Documents option).
Export Files
To export one file at a time, follow these steps:
1.
Go to System Menu > Library > Export Files .
2. Select the type of file (.txt, .rtf, .jpg, .pdf or .doc) that will be exported and press the
Find button.
3. Select Export and press the Find button.
4. Select either the
Pictures
icon or the
Documents
icon, and press the Find button.
5. Select the image of the file that you want export.
6. Press and hold the Save button for at least two seconds.
7. Once exported, the Save icon is displayed to indicate that the image has been saved
to the USB drive.
