21.5 mm del extremo de la fresa (Fig. 4), con la
ayuda de la galga milimetrada que acompaña a
la plantilla de lazos.
9. AJUSTE EN LA PROFUNDIDAD DEL FRESADO
Pueden obtenerse distintos aprietes o ajustes en el
ensamblaje, regulando la distancia entre el cabezal y la
fresa, según las indicaciones de la galga milimetrada.
Se recomienda una distancia de 21,5 mm entre la
base del cabezal y la punta de la fresa para obtener
un fresado de ensamble con un ajuste normal.
Si se desea mayor ajuste, aumentar la profundidad
de fresado por encima de la indicada en la galga
milimetrada.
Si se desea menor ajuste, disminuir dicha pro-
fundidad.
10. REALIZACIÓN DE LOS FRESADOS
Situar la fresadora sobre la superficie de la plantilla
de lazos, seguir el perfil de los dientes de la plantilla
deslizando suavemente la fresadora y obtendremos
los lazos en macho y su alojamiento correspondiente.
11. GARANTÍA

garantía válidad de 12 meses a partir del día de
suministro, quedando excluidas todas las ma-
nipulaciones o daños ocasionados por manejo
inadecuado o por desgaste natural de la misma.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
OPERATING THE ATTACHMENT
Carefully read the GENERAL SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS LEAFLET enclosed
with the machine documentation.
1.1 Before connecting the edge trimmer ensure
that the supply voltage is the same as that
shown on the specification plate and check
that the trimmer is correctly positioned on the
surface of the attachment.
1.2 Wait until the machine has come to a
complete stop before removing it from the
surface of the attachment.
1.3 Always keep hands clear of the cutting area,
and always hold the trimmer firmly using the
grips.
1.4 Check that the wood to be trimmed is
secured by the clips on the attachment.
1.5 Always use original VIRUTEX tools. Never use
damaged tools or tools in poor condition.

The principal function of the dovetailing
attachment is to trim the dovetailing prior to
jointing the boards.
The dovetailing attachment is equipped with
a 26 mm plate pitch which can be replaced
if needed by other optional accessories with
different pitch.
