Put on the Omni Shoes whilst on the Mat. We recommend sitting down to do this. Make sure
the Shoes fit snugly and the laces are tightened. Only wear Omni Shoes inside the Omni, and
never step off the Omni Mat while wearing the Omni Shoes!

Open the Ring door, and with both hands on the Ring step carefully onto the Omni platform,
one foot at a time.

With at least one hand on the Ring at all times, turn around 180 degrees so you are facing the
open door, and then close it. Double check the door latch is closed and locked; keep the door
closed and locked at all times during use.

H.

Adjust the Ring Height and Strap into

          the Harness

Before tightening the Harness, you will most likely need to adjust the height of the Ring.

While standing inside the Omni, hold onto the Ring with both hands and open the foot
levers with              your feet.

Raise or lower the Ring until the Harness is at a comfortable level – the belt should be in a
position to fold around your abdomen (just above your hips), with the rear of the Harness
fitting against your lower back.

Ensure the indicator triangle on top of each Tower is aligned with the desired indicator lines on
the Arms, and then lock the Arms into place by closing the foot levers.

Securely fasten the waist belt of the Harness.

2.

3.

The surface of the Omni Base is slippery. Always hold onto the Ring with both hands when entering and
exiting the Omni.

Do not lean on the Ring door when entering and exiting the Omni.

Always securely close the foot levers before use.

Leave the Harness resting on the Ring before entering and exiting the Omni. Do not attempt to enter
and exit the Omni while wearing the Harness.
