Ice Fan Assembly (continued)

4.

Insert a screwdriver blade into slots to remove
auger fan cover.

5.

Remove fan blade from shaft.

6.

With a screwdriver blade, press tabs to release
fan motor clip.

Rear View

7.

From rear of assembly, remove rubber
grommet. Fan motor is accessible.

8. Repair or replace fan motor.

9. Reverse procedure to reinstall.

WARNING

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power to unit using power
switch before servicing. Wires removed during disassembly must be replaced on proper terminals to insure
correct earth ground and polarization. After servicing, reconnect power using power switch.
