The BOWS Interface board has 5 links to configure the priority of the
Paging, Remote Audio, and Emergency Mic audio inputs, plus volume
(level) controls for background music, paging, and remote audio. The
Issue B boards also have an ACTIVE LOW link.

Each of the 3 audio sources (Paging, Remote Audio, Emergency Mic)
must be configured with a priority level of HI, MED or LOW. When 2 or
more audio sources are selected at the same time this priority
determines which source will be played.
The valid combinations are shown in Table 2.

If any other (invalid) combinations are selected the BOWS will double
flash its Audio Fault LED every 2 seconds, activate its Fault outputs, and
use the factory default setting.
