11. Nozzle replacement

1.
Plug the burner chassis, with the
blast tube connection pointing
upwards, onto the burner housing.
Please note:
This avoids air−locks being created
when replacing nozzles.
2.
Pull flame monitor

from its
retainer.
3.
Release screw

by two full
turns.
4.
Remove sensor plate
A
from the
blast tube connection.
5.
Unscrew nozzle
F
(whilst holding
the blast tube connection).
6.
Insert the replacement nozzle
(whilst holding the blast tube
connection).
Please note:
For make and type of nozzle, see
standard values for burner
settings, page22.
7.
Only for 15 to 33 kW:
Check seal ring

on deflector

of the sensor plate and apply
instrument grease; replace the
seal ring, if necessary.
8.
Push sensor plate
A
onto the
blast tube connection up to the
end−stop of the oil pre−heater and
re−tighten fixing screw

.
9.
Push flame monitor
D
into its
retainer.
Please note:
The flame monitor, type QRB,
should be positioned at the sensor
plate (see page 8).
