LITE module. The break glass unit, configured as a “push-to-break”, would only be used when connecting a fail safe/fail open lock
release (e.g. a mag lock) and would connect in series with the GSM’s relay connections C and NC, as shown in
Fig.14
.
When the exit button is pressed the GSM relay will trigger for the programmed relay time. When the break glass unit is activated it
will break the power to the mag lock.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In instances where the current draw of the lock (fail secure or fail safe) exceeds the current rating of the
HDR15-12 (1.25A) power supply a separate power supply with a sufficient current rating will be required to power the lock.
