Setting up the standard patrol sequence

Press
the
Preset
key followed by the
Patrol
key

key (define standard patrol)
•
Key in a number from 1 to 127, corresponding to the time for which the pan & tilt is to remain stationary
in each preset position (the same for all positions) and confirm using the
OK
key

Key in all the numbers corresponding to the preset positions for which automatic scanning (patrol) is to
be carried out and confirm each one individually using the
OK
key
•
Exit patrol sequence programming by pressing the
Esc
key
Example:
•
To program automatic scanning (Patrol) between preset positions 3, 5 and 10 with a fixed time
of 12 seconds for each position proceed as follows:

N.B. When programming the Patrol function do not use the shift key ( ./.. ) to enter numbers greater than
9, but key them directly. e.g. 1 + 2 to select 12.
Setting up the extended patrol sequence (99 positions)
Note: the extended patrol function recalls, cyclically, all the stored positions between the start and arrival
positions for a preset length of time.
For example, setting the start position at 2 and the arrival position at 9, the patrol sequence will be:
positions switched between: 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and then again from the start 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 etc. The pause
between one position and the next will be the setting made for the extended patrol sequence.

Patrol
function

Press
the
Patrol
key to start (or end, if already in progress) automatic scanning between the preset
positions
NB: Depending on the last Patrol sequence setting made by the remote control, the standard or
extended Patrol function will be activated. If the last Patrol sequence setting made by the remote
control was a standard patrol sequence, from then on the DCIR remote control will carry out the
standard patrol sequence when the patrol key is pressed. And vice versa if an extended patrol
sequence setting has been made
