•
Never modify the equipment in any way. Unauthorized modification
could result in severe injury or death and may impair the function and
life of the equipment.
Calamities are unintended or unexpected events related to an activity's quality. These events have
severe harmful consequences, up to and including death. This includes any accident that directly or
indirectly results in device damage and personal injury to one or more persons.
Concerning this Flail mower/mulcher, calamities arise when unauthorized persons use the
machine.
◼
Working with unfamiliar equipment can lead to careless injuries. Read this and the manual for
your tractor before assembly or operating to acquaint yourself with the machines. Suppose any
person uses this machine other than you or is loaned or rented. In that case, the Flail mower
owner's responsibility is to ensure that the owner's manual is available to the operator before
operating.
◼
Any operator matching the user description in the manual must read and understand the
operator's manual.
◼
Always know your controls and how to quickly stop the tractor, engine, and mower in an
emergency. Read this manual and the one provided with your tractor.
