HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The mower shift
movement system is supplied from the tractor’s hydraulic system. Refer to
your tractor manual for Hydraulic system instructions. You should know how to stop the tractor
and mower movements in an emergency quickly.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
7.1
Height Adjustments
The mower should be operated at an acceptable height to conduct precise work. You must set the
mowing height and the rear roller height properly to save power and reduce the wear of the
machine.
7.1.1
Mowing height adjustment:

Raise and support the mower with
suitable blocks beside the skids.
◼
Untighten both nuts (1) and (2).
◼
Remove bolt (1) and move the skid to
the desired position for the mowing
height (1, 2, or 3”).
◼
Fit the bolt and hand-tighten the nut.
◼
Remove bolt (2) and move the skid to
the same position.
◼
Mount the bolt and tighten both nuts.
◼
Repeat this action for the second skid
at the other side of the mower.
7.1.2
Rear Roller height adjustment:
◼
Raise and support the mower with
suitable blocks beside the skids.
◼
Untighten both nuts (3) and (4).
◼
Remove bolt (4) and turn the roller
holder (5) to the desired position for
the rear roller height, four options.
◼
Fit bolt (4) and hand-tighten the nut.
◼
Tighten both nuts.
◼
Repeat this action for the second roller
holder on the other side of the mower.
