Environment
•
Dispose of packaging according to the current local waste disposal
guidelines.
•
Ensure that lubricants are handled and disposed of correctly.
Checking
Check the machine after assembly. Check the following after the
assembly process:
All bolts and torques.
Correct routing of the hydraulic hoses and electrical cables.
Hydraulic connections (based on the components).
Introducing air to
the hydraulic
cylinder
The lift arm hydraulic cylinders need a cushion of air to enable them
to function properly, such as folding out on a slope. Proceed as fol-
lows:
Couple the machine to the tractor.
Do
not
couple the PTO shaft.
Connect the machine hydraulics to the tractor.
Position the main frame horizontally with the tractor's power lever.
Use the hydraulic control device to fold back the lift arms com-
pletely.
Switch off the tractor and secure it.
Close the ball valve.
Remove the valve cap on the lift arm hydraulic cylinders.
Press against the valve with the valve cap until air can no longer
be heard flowing in.
Close the valve with the valve cap.
