Fitting the bearing
housing to lift arm
On both rotors:
Grease the bearing shaft and the side surfaces along the
elongated hole of the bearing housing with a brush.
Slide the washer and spacer sleeve onto the bearing shaft.
Push the bearing housing onto the bearing shaft.
Push the spacer sleeve and ring onto the bearing shaft.
Secure the ring with a dowel pin. Drive in the dowel pins at 90° to
each other.
Fit the pendulum support onto the bearing housing.
Guide the pin through the pendulum support and elongated hole.
Place the washers onto the pin and secure the pin using spring
cotter pins.
The illustration refers to the left-hand chassis. The parts for the right-
hand chassis are fitted the other way round.
