PROBLEM

“L” and “R” printed on the nose portion of the goggles are upside down.

SOLUTION

Detach and rotate camera unit (part which holds the cameras) 180 degrees. Re-attach
camera unit. Confirm that L/R are now oriented upright when viewed on the software.

PROBLEM

Artifacts or static in the camera video.

SOLUTION

Unplug and replug in USB cables and ensure a proper connection.

PROBLEM

Visual fixation light does not light up when the switch is turned to “On.”

SOLUTION

Ensure USB plugs are connected firmly so that the lights are getting power
from the computer. The computer must be turned on as well.

Ensure there is no debris in the switch preventing it from moving
to the “On” position. If there is debris, remove it.
